OLD FILM FOR THE DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHER
Post Processing your photos has become a huge part of being a photographer. You’ll have your reasons to tweak your photos, whether you’re an amateur or professional photographer. Photography can be strenuous work and there will be times a photographer forgets to change their settings. There are a lot of variables to take into account when shooting. Sometimes, we forget these variables, which gives us the reason to make the correction after via Lightroom, Adobe Camera Raw, etc.

iPhone + Gun = Art

Calling Apple products “works of art” is a design cliche. So artist Michael Tompert decided to take it to the next level, turning various iThings into a kind of sculpture — by shooting them, smashing them, and burning them.
According to Tompert, his concept art is meant to critique our obsession with Apple products and techno-consumption in general. He told The Cult of Mac blog that he got the idea after seeing his kids fighting over their iPod Touches.

Food as Fashion
Lady Gaga’s meat dress may have gotten loads of attention, but she wasn’t the first one to come up with the idea. Last year photographer Ted Sabarese shot a series of images called “Hunger Pains” which showcased models wearing garments made of the foods they craved the most. Models and designers came together for 16 hours to cook and create one-of-a-kind works of wearable, edible art. With ingredients like fresh waffles and pasta on set we wonder if people were able to resist sneaking bites of the tasty outfits.
