This May, Westfield Oakridge is going to “Get Up and Go!” WFamily welcomes the warm weather with stories that encourage activity and celebrate the special bond between mothers and their children. They will also have crafts and healthy snacks, and they’re launching activities for kids ages 6-12, so come join the fun!

On December 4, 1956, one man brought Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis, Carl Perkins, and Elvis Presley together for the first and only time. His name is Sam Phillips. The place was Sun Records. That night they made rock ‘n’ roll history.
Million Dollar Quartet relives this historical moment, giving the audience a chance to witness what happened on that infamous day. Purist Boutique San Francisco/Website launch contest
Originally from San Jose California, Purist Boutique opened it’s doors back in 2007. Since then the store grew into one of Bay Area’s strongest presence for carrying an extraordinary collection of rare and hard to find items. In almost 5 years, owner Kevin Lee, managed to obtain the brands he long desired and created a store unique to his peers. The store is known for carrying brands such as Original Fake, Nexus VII, Bedwin, Futura Laboratories, Comme Des Garcons Play and recently they obtain UK known Bespoke brand Tricker’s and Thom Browne. With new brands, and a new image, Kevin Lee made the decision to move to San Francisco and chose a structure suited to his vision.

Mode Bay Area’s staff and friends recently hosted a birthday bash at what we like to think of as Westfield Valley Fair’s best kept secret: Oryza. Not too long ago on this very site we shared with you the menu and dining experience you might expect should you grace the Oryza resturaunt, which included excellent food, plentiful menu selections, as well as a diverse menu (budgeted incredibly by the way) for various dietary needs and tastes.
