Staying Stylish Through The Sweat
I love yoga. I also love sweating it out at the gym. Occasionally you can find me in both places on the same day. As it is not always an option for me to have multiple changes of clothes on my typical weekday, I try to integrate pieces of my workout attire into my daily look. It keeps my rec bag light. This isn’t to say I’m jaunting around in a hooded sweatshirt and running shorts, but I do layer tanks and sometimes even yoga pants into a professional look; they are great base layers and are super comfortable! In order to not look like a slob, I prefer yoga clothes that look like more than just pajama bottoms (I save those for the weekends). Here are a few of my current favorites from some of the more stylish yoga brands:
