By pairing this gorgeous pant with a black boyfriend blazer and white tank, Kristen got it right by going simple on top and bringing the look back together with a black pump. She kept the look young and fresh, yet very mature, and gave the rest of us a schooling in how to wear a bold print on any part of your body.
An update on wearing bright colored denim, a printed pant is easy to pull off if you keep the rest of the outfit simple. Keep the pant skinny and please, nothing bold on top if you have a print on the bottom. When it doubt, throw on a white tee. And if there is a nagging voice in your head saying the print is ugly, it is. And it’s me saying it. Try to stay away from traditional florals and anything looking like it could be bought in a gift shop in Maui.
