ESCADA S/S 2011

Last Friday, Neiman Marcus Palo Alto hosted the ESCADA Spring 2011 presentation. This fabulous event featured the new ESCADA Spring 2011 collection, full of the color, texture, and exquisite design ESCADA is known for. Daniel Wingate, Design Director for ESCADA, educated the audience on ESCADA’s new direction under Megha Mittal, the fairly recent owner of the German brand. As the models hit the runway, Wingate described every piece of the Spring 2011 collection, highlighting the unique attributes of each outfit. Extreme care and detail went into each and every item in the newest ESCADA release. The pieces were vibrant in color and alluring in style. You could see each face in the audience light up as the next model took the walkway.

There were pieces for everyday looks, as well as ones for those more glamorous events. Regardless of the occasion, you will definitely make an impression that will not soon be forgotten. The most unique aspect of the ESCADA collection is the ability each piece has to stand on its own. It doesn’t need a clutter of accessories or daring heels to “make” the outfit. A piece from ESCADA speaks volumes for itself. Judging by the looks from this collection, it is without a doubt that Mittal has just what it takes to catapult ESCADA to a whole nother level.

The ESCADA Spring 2011 Collection is currently available at Neiman Marcus in Palo Alto. An addition from ESCADA may be just what your spring wardrobe is missing. This is a collection that I know I’ll be presenting to all my clients, and using for many shoots.

This shirt is on my “wish list”. The color, cut, texture, and fabric were unbelievable.
It felt and looked so feminine while keeping a bit of an edge. A girl can dream.
With the wonderful and gracious Daniel Wingate. An amazing job by the entire ESCADA team!
