Donald J & Lisa Pliner Review & Visit

This Thursday Donald J Pliner and his beautiful wife Lisa are visiting the Bay Area in Santana Row! Last year we had the opportunity to review one of Donald’s shoes and the feedback was great and from all of you who picked up the shoe you loved it [but then again what's not to love?] But this year we’re so excited to share one of Lisa’s super sexy shoes with you!

Staying true to the Pliner brand the Lisa for Donald J Pliner collection is the perfect marriage of comfort, femininity, and sex appeal. I decided to check out one of her shoes and if you say “take it for test drive”. I can’t really put into words how comfortable and amazing these shoes are! Now if you’re following this season’s trends you know that studs, and the 70′s are back and they’re back in a fierce way. So we’re calling out the entire Lisa Pliner collection as the MUST have collection for any fashion lover– we’re especially loving the platformed styles. And the green soles are AMAZING!!!

My favorite shoe from this collection is the “Ivory” shoe, and when Ivory and I first met it was love at first sight! I mean platform, studs, snake skin…what’s not to love? And let me share with you that I got these shoes at almost 9 PM. Which for me means about 15 hours of being on my feet, running after kids, in meetings, and being with clients. My feet are usually in pain and a heel is the last thing on my mind. But to be honest I couldn’t even tell I was in heels! They were super light, cushy, and comfortable.

I was a little worried that my husband wasn’t going to love them because we can almost never agree on shoes! I love them a little bad-ass and he likes them a little more sugar and spice. BUT he loved them–FINALLY a platform shoe we both love! He loves the heel–and I love the platform and the studs. And what I love even more is that I can wear them on a night out or after my kids in them.

So ignore the rain and make sure you head out to Santana Row this Thursday! Donald and Lisa will be there to sign your purchases, take pictures and mingle with you. I’m warning you though, you might be surprised by how kind and amazing this power couple is.
