“You must be the change you wish to see in the world.” -Mahatma Gandhi
I believe every girl should feel like a princess at LEAST once in her life. It was that belief that had me send my wedding dress to Africa so an organization could use it for those women who wanted to get married but couldn’t afford dresses. It’s also the same belief that has me putting up pretty bad pictures of myself for you all to see. It’s all to help give back and I hope you join me!
It’s no secret that the economy has hurt a lot of families and there are many amazing and deserving young ladies who want to look and feel beautiful on their prom night but aren’t able to because of struggles that most of us have felt. So please take a quick peek into your closet and find dresses that are too big/small/short/long in and out of style or you would no longer wear and either bring them to Westfield Valley or ship them over. You would ship things you sold on eBay out, so why not for SUCH an amazing cause!
I took a few minutes and went through my closet, and within 5 minutes I had about 7 dresses that I knew I would never again, or I had never worn in the first place (tags and all still attached). I’ve taken pics of a few of them to share with you just because pictures always make everything more fun!
So follow these simple steps and- make a dream come true!
1- Go through your closet!
2- Take or ship what you don’t want to Westfield Valley Fair!
( 2855 Stevens Creek Blvd. Santa Clara, CA 95050)
3- Enter to win a $1000 shopping trip!
4- Tell ALL your friends about it!

I love this and saw something like this showcased on tv last year! Do you know how we would be able to volunteer, besides giving dresses? I want to give but I also want to volunteer to help girls find the perfect dress!
I think they’d always love the help! Such a great organization
This is a great thing to do for these girls! I did this a couple years ago with some of my dresses and I always wonder if they felt like a princess that night. [TF]
Hasti-I love this! I am trying to get involved in project such as this. Please count on me to donate accessories for any upcoming event. Cynthia {Pop of Chic}
