Paris Haute Couture: Christian Dior Spring/Summer 2011

The British couturier John Galliano’s Spring/Summer Haute Couture collection walked the runways of Paris today. Showing an astonishing collection that looked almost like art flowing down the runway. The makeup and the hair were just as stunning and breathtaking with scarlet lips and 50′s inspired hair.

Galliano based his collection on the work of the esteemed illustrator René Gruau, who collaborated with Christian Dior for much of his career.

   Some of these are incredible and even the ones I didn’t care for are still pretty amazing. I really love # 13! And yes, the shoes, hair, and make-up are divine.
