Paris Haute Couture: Chanel spring/summer 2011

Nudes, pinks, lace, peek-a-boo pieces, and classic tweed dominated the Chanel Haute Couture runway show this year. Once again Karl Lagerfeld blew us all away with one amazing creation after another-leaving us on the edge of our seats wanting more! The dresses had a romantic, whimsical, touch and I could even see myself wearing the extravogant skirts with a white t-shirt and a crazy pair of shoes out for a date night!

Mr. Lagerfeld is famously known as saying, “There’s no Chanel collection without black. (It) will never exist. Who can live without some black clothes.” Staying true to his words, he gave us beautiful classic black Chanel pieces with hints of shimmer in this Couture collection.
