I think Payless teaming up with great designers was the best move they ever made! I love shoes, but I can’t afford the really expensive stuff I like and sometimes feel badly even wanting shoes that sport pricetags of $900+. I like to buy nice shoes, but at steep discounts. This black and red heel is stunning and there is no price tag Payless would put with it that would be too much for me. [fb]
