Our latest Manic Monday look hails from Berlin Fashion week. Designer Patrick Mohr displayed his Spring/Summer 2011 looks down the runway. And while the pieces themselves were all very wearable and well done. It was the bald heads, shaven brows, scruffy beards, and over all frightening appearance of the models that stole the show.
Given that Mohr has a history of “interesting” runway shows in past years (see: acid flashback clowns/hannibal lecter) – This should come as no HUGE shock.

im extremely disturbed by the look it really took away from concentrating on the piece itsself…but then looking at it from a whole kinda disturbed me, so even if I did like a piece sometimes it doesn't look right no matter what…i'm sorry but it was like putting a $3,000 dress and lipstick on a gorilla…it just didn't work
Um…. noooo! that does not work for me. It reminds me of that insurance comercial with the cavemen.
this is sooo disturbing! why why why? i just dont understand fashion like this! you cant not pay attention ONLY to their faces…and not the clothes! sooooooo stupid in my opinion. (FB)

whether i likeda piece or not, i would not want any of my $ going to someone who presents something so disturbing. I understand wanting to make a statement, but be careful what that statement says. (FB)
