MOST Asked Makeup Question-Liquid Eyeliner

If there is one question I get asked ALL the time about it makeup…it’s this:

How do you apply liquid eyeliner?
It’s almost the only type of eyeliner I wear, so I had to find a great tutorial, because I can’t imagine my makeup without liquid liner! I looked around a bit and found this video to be the best one! Let me know if you have any questions and I hope this works for you!
