Donni Charm. I Heart This.

Last Spring I saw Naomi Watts wearing a scarf I HAD to have! With a little research I found who she was wearing, and my new obsession! Donni Charm.

THE NAME: Donni Charm has one of the most touching stories behind. It was probably the first time that I had to take a break while writing because I couldn’t stop crying.

“Naming our project was the easiest yet most heartfelt step of the process. Last August, my father,Donald, was involved in an accident that took his life at a young age.  Since then, everything I have done has been with him in mind. These scarves are wrapped around me, like the arms of his hug, and hang close to my heart where he will always remain. Those close to my father affectionately called him Donny, and as my mom later pointed out, I was his charm… “Donni Charm” was created. Our goals are motivated by the true meaning behind Donni Charm scarves – remaining unique and sophisticated, but always with a dash of fun, as my father Donny lived every day of his life.” -Alyssa Wasko

THE STORY: Alyssa and her mother always loved working on various fashion projects together. When they decided to create scarves they never imagined it would because a celeb favorite with a cult following!

THE PRODUCT: Donni Charm isn’t just any scarf. With many shapes, draping styles, colors and beautiful charms you are sure to find the perfect scarf. The great part is that they can be worn in any season, and you can add your own charms. I’ve had mine for a few weeks now, and I have to make a point not to pick one up when I head out because they work so well with everything!

The charms are my favorite part. I’m not the best with accessories and I always feel like I look like I took a little extra time for my outfit when I’m wearing Donni Charm. To me they almost work like jewelry.

I was so excited to learn that they added shirts and tanks to their collection. They are like nothing you will find in any store, and the pictures don’t do it justice! They feel extremely soft, and the charms hang just right. I’m gotten so many compliments on my shirt also. I’m always being asked who and what I’m wearing, and this has been a line that never fails to get that question! I think I’ve told a million people about how much I love it. The quality of the fabric is also fantastic so I don’t think I’ll be stopping anytime soon!
