Last night I saw so many beautiful bronzed looks walk the red carpet at the Met Gala. I was really excited about the trend that is developing because I personally love a dewy tanned look, especially with a nude lip.
My fear comes in at the thought of over cooked, burnt “Snookie” wannabes filling the streets! If this happens, I place the blame with Elle UK telling the world “The Deep Tan Is Officially Back.” With speculation that the FDA might be banning tanning booths all together, this is great news for the “Fake and Bake” industry.
So ladies, if you’re getting ready to hit the beach, pool, tanning booth, or makeup counter looking for the perfect glow this Summer remember one thing- moderation is key. Think Giselle, or even Paris, but please for the sake of humanity, don’t think Snookie!
